This e-learning course is suitable for any member of an organisation. It includes definitions of equality and diversity, unconscious bias, politically incorrect language, indirect discrimination, harassment, and how to ensure equality and diversity at work.
Our equality & diversity training can be completed as a standalone course or as part of the full Equality & Diversity training course for managers which provides a level-3 certificate on completion.
