Overview of contents
This e-learning course is suitable for anyone who works with children, young people, or adults at risk in their work or voluntary activities, and provides learners with a thorough understanding of what safer recruitment is, why it is so important, and guidance for every step along the recruitment process – as well as what needs to be done once the appointment has been made. It covers the importance of safer recruitment and what can be done to deter unsuitable candidates and behaviours.
